The Embassy of Colombia to the Kindgom of the Netherlands would like to invite you to join the Embassy and Consulate General of Colombia in the Netherlands, IKV Pax Christi, and Actiefonds Mijnenruimen on Wednesday, April 4th 2012 for a symbolic action to Lend your Leg in the International Day for Mine Awareness in the DAM Square in Amsterdam at 13.00.
On that day, thousands of people will roll up their pant leg to show solidarity with victims, condemn the use of landmines by anyone, anywhere, and a call on the international community to eradicate these weapons for good.
