FRANK MARANDU

FRANK MARANDU talks about his project to train people for a job in Tanzania. He works as Employability Skills Trainer at Jobortunity training centre. He has six years experience training youth/adult in school and communities and running Train of Trainer programmes on Gender equality, Stigma reduction and Behavioural change relating to HIV/AIDS prevention education. Frank hopes that the programme will expand to create more Tanzanian people who have a positive and professional attitude at their work.
